Do I need to bring my ticket with me?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number. Please print your email confirmation and bring it with you on the day or make a note of your booking reference number and have this handy when you arrive.

Will I have to pay for lunch?

Hot and cold refreshments and lunch are included with open day tickets. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements when you purchase your ticket.

Can staff members attend open days?

Absolutely, open days are for BCTGA members only but this includes your staff members.

Can I bring my dog?

Although we love dogs, we ask that you do not bring them to open days please.

Will I be able to buy tickets on the day?

We are asking all members to pre-purchase their tickets in advance. This allows us to plan the event layout and arrange catering.

How do I apply for a trade stand?

Please contact us on 01423 546 160 to discuss trade stands and sponsorship opportunities.

What Covid safety measures will you have in place?

All events will be run in accordance with current government guidelines, please contact us directly for specific event details.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately due to limited spaces we are unable to issue refunds.

How accessible is the venue?

As we use different venues please contact us at time of booking for more information and with any additional requirements, we will work with you to ensure these are met where possible.
